Boxes both open but pill packets foil sealed. As I used a few but didn't like them (I'm only in peri-menopause).
Anyone using the supplements does so at their own risk and I recommend that they check possible side effects before using. Please research yourself on google, as these can be bought from any chemist.
The Menopace is best before 02/2025. The other one is best before 11/2021!
