Free: Bimuno Daily Sachets (Orchard Park CB24) 2d - Prebiotic. Box is open and best before was 2021. But maybe someone will want it still :) Sachets are individually sealed. Been stored in cupboard so should be ok.. Anyone using the supplements does so at their own risk and I recommend that they check possible side effects before using. Bimuno has research backing it for insomnia and gut issues, and can be bought online. Liz

Free: Menopause supplements (Orchard Park CB24) Gifted 4d - Menopace PLUS (Original vitamins plus Botanical tablets). Promensil Red Clover Isoflavones (double strength) Boxes both open but pill packets foil sealed. As I used a few but didn't like them (I'm only in peri-menopause). Anyone using the supplements does so at their own risk and I recommend that they check possible side effects before using. Please research yourself on google, as these can be bought from any chemist. The Menopace is best before 02/2025. The other one is best before 11/2021! I'm not sure if herbal supplements allowed on Freegle (have emailed for advise).

Free: Selection of Herbal Teas (Orchard Park CB24) Gifted 4d - Clipper White tea, Clipper Lemon Verbena, Floradix Organic Lemon Balm, Dandelion&Fennel&Ginger, Twinings Cranberry & Rasberry, Organic Limeflower. Some of these boxes have been opened but i stopped drinking these herbal teas.

Free: Sevenhills Maca (Orchard Park CB24) Gifted 129d - Un-opened, gelatinized Maca (root vegetable from Peru which helps balance hormones). Good caffeine-substitute. Do not take if you have thyroid issues or anxiety. But otherwise safe to take 1 tsp or less in mornings (gelatinised = pre-cooked)! I can no longer take but found it worked very well.
