Blue Water? Pipe (DA11)

Hi I have 2 lengths of blue water pipe or I think it's water anyway it's blue plastic I have length 12mts x 20mm and 9 1/2 Mt's x 20mm, I was going to use it to keep a run of electric cable but changed my plans.
