2-seater sofa (near Palmeira Square, Hove)

Here we have got an amazing 2-seater sofa up for grabs. Fits comfortably 3-4 people.
We are moving and it is too big to fit through the door of our next accommodation.
Great condition, there is nothing wrong with it.
225 x 97 [cm]
From a smoke-free home.
Would be a shame to see it end up in landfill.
Needs to go by Wednesday, 31st July.
I'm happy to help load it into a van. Don't think any car will be big enough.
If you live local (within 1⁄2 mile), I'm happy to give you a hand to carry it (that's how much I appreciate this sofa).
