The condition is good, it has some dings to the paint, and we changed one of the slats as shown in the photo.
It has four drawers on casters, 2 shown in photo.
You pick the bed frame up and reassemble: the headboard (38 x 69 inches), base with slats (80 x 68 inches), foot board, and 4 drawers are separate.
It should be easy to move, but you will need a pickup truck or a car with a roof rack!
