Headphone Jack Adaptor (Chickerell, Weymouth)

I am looking for a Headphone Jack adaptor - can’t find one in the stores at Weymouth! It needs to be a 6.35mm Male plug with a 3.5mm Female connection. It’s so that my wife can plug some more modern headphones into her electric piano as the existing headphone have just about given up the ghost!
