2.5kg Pork Leaf Fat for Rendering (Mooney's Bay)

• This high quality pork fat was included (at our request) with our freezer orders of pork sides from a local Ontario farmer;
• Weight: 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs);
• Been in our freezer for between 1.5 to 4 years;
• Some pieces might have a degree of freezer burn, despite being tightly wrapped in plastic bags;
• Once rendered, may still be suitable lard for baking or for making clean-burning candles, etc.;
• We had the best of intentions to make use of it ourselves, but just haven't made the time for rendering it. Want to free up some space in our freezer;
