3 bike rack (The Rock TF3)

I bought a bike rack, when I tried to assemble it 2 holes didn't line up by a millimeter meaning I couldn't assemble. The company chose to send a complete replacement, not just the bit in question. I've added a photo of the offending bit- I think someone else may be able to 'hammer' the 2 bits into place and then you will have a brand new 3 bike rack. So picture of what the assembled rack looks like, it can be screwed to a floor or wall, the box and the bit with the misaligned , so you can see how near it is.
