3 seater sofa (Hockley Heath CP B94)

With fire resistant tags, from non-smoking, pet-free home. Had water spilt on one arm which has left a mark (see photos). No broken springs. Would benefit from a bit of a clean and maybe a bit of extra stuffing but basically in sound condition.
