Ramshorn snails (BS7)

Hi! After recently rescuing a pair of ramshorn snails from a sealed jamjar in the sun, they've been loving life in their new fishbowl and have popped out a load of little babies!

I'm looking for people who already have established aquariums who'd love to rescue/take on some baby ramshorn snails...

They don't need feeling at all, as ramshorns are super great cleaners - the only eat decaying plant matter, so they'll clean up any algae and dead plants in your tank and live happily amongst the other fishies/shrimp etc. They only lay eggs and reproduce if there's an abundance of food, and generally they're good at managing their population size in relation to food and space availability.

Ramshorns get on with pretty much everyone, but some tank-mates might try to eat the ramshorns, so do a quick Google of what you've got first to see if they're compatible.

Unfortunately, I learned all about the breeding habits of ramshorns when I gave them too much cucumber, so I speak from mild experience :,)

Please let me know if you'd be able to take some, as they won't survive the winter with me. Thanks! :)
