I used this monitor for many years as my second screen whilst working from home but at the beginning of the year it began to malfunction. At first if the screen went blank like this I would need to adjust the VGA to HDMI cable and it would flicker back on, now it won’t recognise my laptop at all.

I have been online for solutions and I have purchased a new VGA to HDMI cable but I do not have the tech knowledge to fix this.

The monitor switches on but displays the “input not supported” message and I do not know how to or if it can be fixed. This would be ideal for someone who may be able to fix the monitor up themselves.

Black Acer approx 17.5”. Will be left outside for contactless pick up.
