Heavy Duty Surge Protector (Kensington)

This is (or was?) a good surge protector that a family member had and gave me, but I haven't figured out how to make it work. There is a reset button on the front and another on the back, so more than likely there's a combination of things to do to make it work. Porch pickup. State a day and a time window for pickup.
