IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad T430: needs fan replacement. Dock included.
This is a 12yo laptop, very solid and still useful; boots to FAN ERROR. The fan replacement (see YouTube videos) is too complicated for me, but someone with laptop repair experience would be able to do it
