In average condition, dual layer. This didn't come with a fire label to my recollection. Has had a lot of use including by young children (has had a few wet beds although we always had a waterproof sheet on it).
Original mattress cover is stained and zip broken so not much use really.
Might suit someone who urgently needs a temp mattress or if you need a big piece of foam for a pet or project.
