Old-school Radio Cassette Player. Make: "Sharp GF-2800"
This is a bit of a blast from the past. I've no idea if anyone is interested in these things nowadays, as cassette tapes are making an unlikely comeback amongst the younger generations.
Built as solid as a brick, and about as heavy as one too. It's at least 40 years old. The days before miniaturisation, as you can see it's about 12" x 8" x 3". Radio is AM/MW/LW, works OK for as long as they keep transmission on those bands. Tape player / recorder works fine too.
The original extensible aerial has broken off so it's relying on its internal aerial for reception. It's otherwise in fairly clean and tidy condition and like I say it functions fine. See pictures.
Anyway - you're welcome to this bit of retro hardware should you have a use for it.
