This is a roll of film which sticks to the inside of your window and provides an opaque frosted privacy screen to protect your modesty. It's intended for bedroom/bathroom windows which are potentially visible to others. The idea is that it adheres with water only, so does not damage the surface of the window (no glue etc). Good for a rented house/space where you're feeling you may be exposed to view.
