Floor lamp, needs cement? in base (Magnuson)

Please read to the end before requesting! This is a "mother-daughter" style floor lamp which no longer stands up on its own because the weighted material (cement?) completely crumbled under the base. The pole itself also wobbles without that material encasing it from below so I don't know if this lamp can be saved, but perhaps the frosted glass shades or the parts can be of use. The top fixture takes a 3-way bulb. Second photo shows the inside of the base, third shows the lamp disassembled.
