Leaf sweeper (Weston)

This is old but sweeps up leaves well, it folds flat for storage.
The vinyl collecting bag has got brittle and there is a hole across the bottom, also one of the handle clips is broken, this could possibly be repaired or a new one made. There is only one plastic cap on the 2 rods holding the bag in place, there should be 4 but elastic bands wrapped around the ends would do the job to stop the rods slipping out.
