Large ZZ Plant & Monstera Plant (NYC)

Hi! I'm looking for a healthy ZZ Plant that is about 24 inches tall in height & a Monstera that is 20 inches or so (or taller/longer).

It's important that both don't have any critters/bugs or infections. Thanks!
