Vintage Sailor Top (white cotton) (Los Altos)

Not sure which country this is originally from, but it's cotton and purchased from an Army Surplus store about 40 years ago. I'd guess the size is about Medium Men's. Across the chest measures approx. 23". Sleeves measure approx. 22.5" long. Freshly washed. Could use an ironing.
