Commerical Freezer/Fridge (Auburn WA.)

Dual thermostat unit. Everything worked until a couple months ago, then fridge unit stopped keeping temperature. Had a 'tech' do some work on it, then both units stopped keeping temperature. Compressors work, drain lines are clear, no leaks, seals are good, digital displays work - need to connect blade contacts. They were disconnected during service.
