Tent/awning (City Centre NR1)

Khayam Motordome, blue. I bought this recently in used condition and it leaked. I treated it with Fabsil waterproofer afterwards but haven't been able to test if it's waterproof now. My problem is that it is big and heavy, takes a lot of space in my shed, and my garden is too small to put it up and dry it if I have to take it home wet. It needs lots of pegs, those supplied with it are flimsy and bend easily, so I've recycled them. A few guy ropes have been lost (they are available to buy, c.£4 in most outlets).
If you are a strong young person with a big enough garden/shed/garage, this might be good for you. If you provide pegs I'm willing to go a short distance, say 5m radius of Norwich, to show you how it goes up. It can stand with only 4 pegs, but not advisable if it's windy.
The divider cloth in the sleeping compartment is torn but it's an easy mend. Designed to attach to a van but can work as a standalone tent. Poles for the main frame are attached to the fabric and all seem to be in good condition. N.B. Was promised but taker realised it would be unsuitable for free standing on a patio, which was what they wanted, and kindly contacted me to let me know.
