Here are the requirements:

1) Your name, cel #, and three possible pick-up times and dates that work for you, arrival will need to be within 15 minutes of your stated time.

2) Assurance, included in your email, that you are bringing enough people and equipment to remove this item from a 6th floor apartment in Washington, DC, (there are two steps to go up in order to get out of the building at the basement level) and ability to load it into your car or truck yourselves. ***I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU. IF YOU COME ALONE, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO THIS **** You should be able to park in the back, only if you arrive when you say you will. We cannot prop doors open while you are on the 6th floor getting the stove. This is VERY important.
