I have available for adoption a dog and cat pair of artsy thingies. We've
had them for many years, so they have bonded and must be kept together.
They don't seem to care for their humans, so maybe you will have better
luck. They don't need any food or water, and I've not had a single vet bill
for them, so they are budget-friendly!
