Freestanding fitness strike bag, about 160cm tall. There’s a metal rod down the middle, which fits into a spring and support base, which is filled with water for stability. There’s an inflatable bag around the rod, which is covered by the black outer - the bag has deflated in storage. The innner rod/spring is very bendy, so probably best suited to a child.
