Television and/or Mini-fridge (Northgate)

Hoping to obtain a decent sized (35" and up) television --I'm currently using a very, VERY small monitor as a tv.
Also needing a mini fridge(any size that's smaller than a standard refrigerator) for my new spot!
 It'd be super helpful and make things a lot more comfortable!!
