scooter/ebike/moped (Loudon county)

we need around town transportation for my family, we are low income and our truck is in need of alot of repairs/high mileage which we cannot do rt now, too many hills for pedal bike we have disabilities all 3 of us . we could trade some things if u contact me .we donot have any money to purchase . gas or electric is ok.-Loudon County Tennessee
