Garage cleanup (Berryessa San Jose)

Women's coat: size S/M, beige, used a couple of times, has been storage for a while. Good to use after a quick wash.
Small cabinet with door and a latch. Never used, but old.
White board in a wooden cabinet. About 42"H, 48"W, 5"D. Doors can close all the way when not in use.

Pickup by Saturday 10/19 in San Jose, Berryessa area.
Those who can confirm a date and 2 hour time window will get preference.
