Bat wings for a child (The Rock TF3)

My grandson wore these a few years back. Elastic loop for each thumb and ribbon to tie around neck. Its approx 120cm width. I can't remember his age when he used it. Needs a wash as it has fluff etc. from 'lying around unused'. Just thinking someone might be able to use it for halloween
