2 x Besser Blocks (290mm) and/or Whipper Snipper

I have 2 Besser blocks already but need another 2 to make a stand for a 900mm Plastic water tank.

My whipper snipper has lost the connection between the 2 lengths and is now unusable.
Does anyone have a now unneeded but still usable whipper-snipper
