Vintage designer wedding dress by Catherine Raynor. Worn once in 1993, and dry cleaned afterwards. Pure silk. Badly discoloured in places whilst in storage and in particular around the hem and under the arms. Single rust stain on the bow at the back where the hem was pinned to the bow for storage and the safety pin rusted.
Single layer at the back. Ruched at the front. Integral net underskirt. Ribbon roses on sleeves, around the neck line and where the hem is ruched at the front. 9 pearl buttons with a concealed zip underneath. Beautifully made. Approx size 10-12 but only fitted on the torso.
Does anyone have a use for this, even for the materials? Seems a shame to trash it.
