Comfortable set in good condition to be gifted to a good home from a pet and smoke free apartment. The three small square cushions have been washed and the back and bottom cushion covers are washable. Armrests are soiled somewhat, but can be steam cleaned. See detail photos because back corners have been clawed by first owner’s cat (not visible from front).

We are gifting this set because the new renter will bring her own furniture. If interested, you need to take it out of the basement apartment.
