Vacuum cleaner rod (Ferntree Gully)

Hello, does anyone have a Hoover Regal vacuum cleaner rod they no longer want? Mine went missing during a house move. I still have the rod for the power head but what's missing is the simple rod for the ordinary head. I thought I'd found a replacement on eBay but it doesn't fit, even though it's labelled "universal".
