Cat tree (Downtown Sunnyvale)

It is brand new. It's too big for the space I'd planned it for (the base is nearly 2 feet by 2 feet).

Needs to be assembled and is in a large, heavy box (2 ft x 2 ft x 1 ft, weighs almost 40 pounds).
