wine rack matrix (Boulton DE24)

from my home wine making days, this is in my garage. It is 7 bottles wide by 16 bottles high, it needs a cupboard of the following sizes:- width 60(23.5 inch) x height 131(51.5inch)x depth 30(11.75inch) external size. The inner size is 57(23.5)x127,5(50.25)x30(11.75) .This can be made smaller and so hold fewer bottles
