Transport Wheelchair (Off Montevideo Dr., San Ramon)

I need of a transport wheelchair for my brother so I can transport him to and from doctor appointments. His regular wheelchair is very heavy & difficult for me to get in and out of the trunk of the car. Let me know if you have one that you do not need any longer, I would really appreciate it.
