Leather sleeper couch (Flatbush - Prospect Lefferts)

This golden brown leather sleeper couch comes from a clean and smoke free (and scent free) home. It is in good shape EXCEPT for some small slits in one of the seats (see pictures). It is heavy and you and a strong friend would need to carry it down a pretty wide stairway from the 3rd floor.
