Dell Vostro V13 Notebook. Faulty. I have tried reloading windows but to no avail, it gets stuck in a loop during setup and restarts with “there was a problem” etc. Could be faulty hard drive or some other issue. This would suit someone adept at fault finding, not for beginners. Pickup Clapham North SW4 6LU
