Wobble board (vibration plate) that wobbles all your bottom half at various speeds! It promises to rearrange your flabby bits and change your life for the better. Electronic screen shows programme select, speed, and time. Also pulse rate (but sensor on handle bars not working, possibly fixable).
This massager was Freegled to us to help strengthen my husband’s core back following a muscle injury. After 10 minutes of wobbling, your legs and bottom muscles feel hot as if done a ‘workout’ without moving or sweating. Fabulous.
