Electric or cordless drill (Tye Green Village CM18)

My daughter is in her first place and wants to put up some coat hooks and shelves. She is new to DIY so would like to try out using an electric or cordless drill to see if she can start doing more DIY jobs for herself around the flat.If you have an old one that you don't need, she would really appreciate it. Thanks.
