Chair Upholstery Project (Near Federal and Bowles)

Good solid chair that I started to recover a few years ago and life got in the way and never finished. The old material has been taken off but tacked back on so I could use it temporarily. So they need to be taken off and used as a pattern to reupholster unless you just want to reattach them permanently.
