Everyone who turns up when they say they will for trash nothing items is welcome. Or even people who at least send a message to say they can’t pick up. Do those who don’t show and don’t message even bother to think what a waste of everyone’s time this is? Can we have a ‘three no shows and you are blocked’ system?
