small wipeable sofa (Redhill - RH1)

I'm looking for a 2 seater leather look sofa for a friend (who has a dog, so it needs to be cleanable). Ideally close to Redhill. I've seen some posted recently but haven't had replies yet so just wanted to put a general call out. I have a large hatchback car with seats that go flat to collect - but should be able to borrow a van if needed
