underlay or beige carpet (SW15 2AS)

I am getting rid of the carpets and underlay if anyone wants either. The underlay is in good condition in most of the areas apart from the hallway. So around 300-400ft2 available.

The carpet colour is beige and relatively new so there is enough good carpet for a smaller flat if you cut out any higher traffic areas.
