Twinkling Christmas lights (Spinney Hill)

I have a set of mains-operated Christmas lights which are around 600cms (18-19feet) in length. I think about 240cms (7.5ft) is the length of the wire from the lights to the plug and about 310cms(10.5ft) has the lights. The lights are white and 7 different combinations of twinkle plus always on, and are in working order. Collection from Parklands/Spinney Hill area.
