Homemade toddler pants (Wheaton)

Flannel pants I made while trying to learn pant construction- too small for my kid who usually wears about 18-24 month clothes. Not perfect by any means, but perfectly functional! I'd like them to get some use instead of becoming scraps. There are a couple of tiny holes in the fabric that I can throw a little patch onto before gifting.
