In good used condition, I am offering this non reclining 3 seater sofa in a coffee coloured leather. Fire labels are present. PLEASE NOTE- This sofa MUST be collected before 9AM on Friday 13/12/24 otherwise it will be moved outdoors with no weather protection until we can take it to the dump. This is a large and heavy item and will require two people to carry it out of the house and will need a medium to large van to transport it. The sofa is 210cm wide, 92cm deep, 81cm high at the back, seat height 42cm, seat depth 59cm.
Comes from a smoke free home, We do have cats but they have not damaged the sofa at all and, being leather, can be easily cleaned to remove any allergens.
Ideally, we would like this sofa taken away on Thursday but if you want to collect earlier that will be OK as we have other furniture we can sit on pending arrival of our new sofa.
