Project (Bucknell SY7)

What could be a beautiful chair is in need of a new home and someone to upcycle. That was my plan but I don't seem to have enough spare time. It has a spring base which is still sound but needs a new base cushion and to be loved again, the original base cushion was horse hair so guessing the back is too
