Hoover One Pwr Shop Vac (Ottawa)

Hoover shop vac that needs a new batter (One Pwr 4.0 Max). The battery dock seems to be fine, but when I put the battery in it, flashes red and doesn’t charge. I cannot find a reasonably priced battery that I can afford at this time.
