Leather armchair (Near 22nd Ave N and 4th Street)

This leather armchair is a light grayish green. It is in good functional condition, however, where the leather meets the pleather, there is white showing through. This might be fixable. It is very comfortable. The measurements are as follows: 31" tall; 36" deep (from front of chair to back); 39" wide at arms; 26" from back of seat cushion to front; 23" wide from side to side of seat cushion.
